Her research examines the effectiveness of environmental regulations in reducing pollution and protecting consumer welfare. Using causal inference methods, she evaluates the impact of numeric nutrient criteria on water quality, the effect of effluent discharge regulation on subsequent pollutant releases, and how corrective policy shapes the marginal willingness to pay for renewable energy certificates in competitive electricity markets. Outside of research, she enjoys baking and coloring as creative outlets.
